Pinelands National Reserve
The Pinelands, also known as the Pine Barrens, is a heavily forested area that spans more than seven counties across southern New Jersey. Located relatively close to major cities such as New York and Philadelphia, the natural beauty of the pinelands has been left undisturbed. In 1978 congress passed legislation to protect the Pinelands, resulting in the creation of the Pinelands National Reserve
which became the nation’s first national reserve. We are proud to be opening up our distillery in the midst of such natural beauty, and are proud to be the very first of our kind in the Pinelands National Reserve.
